Matrix apply Triflex high performance resins for Phase 2 of the Proctor and Gamble scheme
15/12/2011
Having successfully completed Phase 1 of the refurbishment works in 2010, Matrix have recently been awarded Phase 2 of the car park scheme being managed by Property Consultancy DHP UK Limited. The large privately owned car park is being refurbished using the Triflex range of high performance resins, designed to protect concrete and mastic asphalt surfaces against water ingress, salt attack and general deterioration.
This important project, whilst not particularly unique, adds further value to the Matrix Parking portfolio both in terms of end client and Contract Administrator. Tim Whittaker of Matrix adds “our Parking team are delighted to have secured work for many prestigious clients this year including Proctor and Gamble, British Airways, Hammerson , BG Group and British American Tobacco (BAT). Furthermore, we are proud to have reinforced and extended our CA client base to include Jones Lang LaSalle, Workman, DTZ and BNP Paribas”.
The Proctor and Gamble scheme in Egham will be delivered by the Bristol based Parking Team, however its close proximity to the Woking and London offices of Matrix means additional resources are available at any time if required.
